Any guardians must meet the hostel-warden before meeting
their wards. No guardian is allowed to enter into the
dormitory in any conditions. |

Guardian/Parents must come to school themselves to
take their children to home. Phone-call and sending
someone for this purpose is not allowed. |
| 3. |
Phone-call to the boarder is not permitted unless
given prior permission by the hostel-warden. |
| 4. |
Parents must attend monthly meeting and can take their
kids with them to their home according to the schedule
of the school calendar (after school - 4:00 pm. to 6:00
pm ) and they must enter into the hostel before 7:00
am of every school-starting day. |
| 5. |
Boarders will not be given any leaves to attend whatsoever
ceremonies, functions, and domestic puja's etc. without
any written information. |
| 6. |
Parents/Guardians are requested to stay in the hostel
waiting room to meet and talk to their kids but not
directly to the dormitory. |
| 7. |
Any valuable jewellery, ornaments, unnecessary cloths
and cash should not be given to the boarders; otherwise
hostel management held no responsibilities for the loss
of such thing. Pocket money, eatables and such others
stuffs are to be deposited with the permission of hostel
warden. |
| 8. |
Regular monthly chare of the hostel should clear before
the month begins diversely Rs. 5/ per day will be charged
as a late payment after two months default. The name
of the student will be struck off from the school register
and the re-admission charge will be taken. |
| 9. |
The visiting hors provided to meet their wards if
from 7:00 am . to 10:00 am . Every first Saturday of
the month. NO permission will be granted to the guardians
to meet their wards beyond the time limit without the
special consent from the hostel warden. |
| 10. |
Students are suggested to arrange their toiletries,
goods as well as educational materials themselves. |
| 11. |
The hostel management can only take the responsibility
of the boarders during his/her staying in the hostel
diversely not. It is all up to their parents. |
| 12. |
If any boarders don't follow the general rules of
school as well as the hostel, their hostel agreement
will be terminated and the deposited amount also will
be collapsed. |
| 13. |
Any one willing to leave the hostel before completing
the academic session, his/her parents must bear the
burden of 25% charges of the hostel throughout the years.

No phone-call shifted to boarders except evening from
8:00 pm to 10:00 pm . |
| 15. |
If there is any complain concerning to hostel, complain
to your hostel warden mmediately. |
| 16. |
No hostel student neither their guardian will break
their contract during his or her staying in the hostel
nor they will break one full academic year's terms and
conditions. In case of doing in any time, total amount
of the whole year will be charged. |

Our hostel will provide all bed sets to the boarder
so students will not bother on them to bring except
the following things: |

(a) Luggage bag.
(b) Blanket, bed cover
(c ) School uniform
(d) Out dress (2 sets)
(e) Study materials
(f) Shoes (Black leather, White canvass)
(g) Out Shoes/Shocks
(h) Underwear/vests (2-2 sets)
(i) Slipper/white socks (2 sets)
(j) Winter clothes
(k) Summer clothes
